Try a full bag. If you are not happy, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of your first order.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically clear within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo within 14 days and we will replace it at no cost.

For hygiene reasons, opened bags cannot be resold. You do not need to return an opened bag to claim the guarantee. Unopened accessories may be returned within 30 days in their original packaging.
